Kia CSA in the United States is seeking a Senior Leader to drive Connected Car Services across Central & South America and the Caribbean. You will lead launches, govern programs, and partner with Global HQ, distributors, and IT teams to create scalable regional offerings and dashboards.

Responsibilities include owning the regional roadmap, managing risks, and evaluating new technologies to grow adoption and prepare the foundation for future connected services and digital business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of product management or related experience.
• 4+ years leading cross-functional projects and launching products/services across markets.
• English professional proficiency; Spanish working proficiency; Korean advantageous.
• Advanced Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 times per quarter; late-night HQ meetings in Korea.

Responsabilités

• Own the regional connected services roadmap, strategy, customer value proposition, and future opportunities.
• Lead connected car services implementation and launches across regional markets.
• Manage launch governance, priorities, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Partner with regional functions, Global HQ, distributors, and implementation partners on commercialization and delivery.
• Define business requirements, KPIs, dashboards, governance, and performance reporting with IT & Data teams.
• Monitor service performance, customer adoption, and business results; drive corrective actions and growth opportunities.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend relevant regional opportunities.
