Job summary

Infosys seeks an Architecture Consultant 3 to lead design and review of solution architectures for autonomous customer interactions across voice, chat, and omnichannel channels. You will guide tech choices, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and align designs with business goals while driving delivery excellence.

The role emphasizes expertise in AWS services, GenAI integration, and RAG architectures, with a focus on scalable, maintainable solutions and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing and implementing Voice AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Create business requirement documents from workshops with client stakeholders.
• Review and develop scalable, reliable solution architectures.
• Assess technologies and platforms to meet business requirements.
• Plan integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow.
• Resolve complex technical challenges during build, deployment and support.
• Provide architectural insights to development teams and clients.
• Identify risks and monitor system performance for optimization.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for vital information.
• Contribute to proposals and RFPs with architectural insights.
