Responsibilities

• Support drafting of staffing papers in response to Congressional inquiries.
• Provide quick analysis of programmatic/financial impacts of Congressional bills.
• Attend Congressional hearings and provide meeting minutes.

Skills

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Familiarity with congressional hearing procedures

Ability to review and interpret statutory and legislative language

Education

BA/BS degree with 10 years of experience

AA/AS degree accepted with 5 years of experience

GED/Diploma accepted with 10 years of experience
