Job summary

Love's Travel Stops in Houston, TX is seeking a Manager of Confirmations to lead end-to-end confirmation for physical and financial commodity transactions. You will coordinate with Trading, Risk Management, Scheduling, Accounting, Legal and external counterparties to ensure accurate documentation and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in commodity trading operations, confirmations, middle office, contract administration, or a related function.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience supporting physical and/or financial commodity transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Confirmation Analysts.
• Oversee generation, review, and tracking of confirmations for physical and financial transactions.
• Ensure confirmations are completed accurately and within established timelines.
• Monitor outstanding confirmations and resolve discrepancies with counterparties and stakeholders.
• Maintain and store executed confirmations per company policies.
