DecisionPoint | Cortek seeks a Configuration & Release Manager to own baselines, change records, CMDB reconciliation, and release planning for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. This senior role ensures components, interfaces, and artifacts are versioned, approved, and traceable.

The position coordinates approvals, readiness, and handover across government stakeholders and software teams. The role requires coordinating with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations teams to assess release impacts

• Establish, maintain, and govern configuration-management processes.
• Define and maintain approved baselines for apps, services, interfaces, and infrastructure components.
• Identify configuration items and manage version, ownership, dependencies, and status.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and govern configuration-management and release-management processes for ENLIST software portfolio.
• Define and maintain approved configuration baselines for applications, services, interfaces, infrastructure components, documentation, and supporting artifacts.
• Identify configuration items and maintain accurate version, ownership, relationship, dependency, and status information.
• Maintain configuration records and reconcile approved configuration items with CMDB.
• Prepare configuration summaries and provide baseline status for program reporting and audits.
• Coordinate configuration-control and change-control activities with Government representatives and governance bodies.
• Analyze proposed releases for technical, operational, security, interface, data, and documentation impacts.
• Develop and maintain integrated release plans, schedules, and readiness criteria.
• Assemble complete release packages with software, scripts, configurations, documentation, and evidence.
