Job summary

DecisionPoint | Cortek is seeking a Test & Evaluation Lead to own the test strategy, TEMP alignment, requirements coverage, verification evidence, defect triage, and release testing for the USMEPCOM ENLIST program. Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and govern the program's software test and evaluation strategy.
• Align testing activities with the approved TEMP and Government requirements.
• Define test objectives, scope, levels, and criteria for entry/exit.
• Establish traceability among requirements, test cases, data, results, defects, and releases.
• Lead defect-triage meetings, coordinate severity/priority/ownership and disposition.
• Coordinate release testing and provide evidence-based release-readiness recommendations.
• Support Government user acceptance testing and provide test artifacts.
• Coordinate testing across development, integration, test, staging, and Government-approved environments.
