Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI and polygraph capability.
• Bachelor's degree in any field or 5+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience supporting financial systems audits.
• Working knowledge of FISMA and FISCAM in CM.
• Experience managing configuration and change management for software/hardware assets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, organize, and control software/hardware configuration changes across the system lifecycle.
• Coordinate version management, system build, backup/recovery, and archiving processes.
• Maintain baseline configurations for applications, software, and hardware assets.
• Manage the change management process with review, approval, and documentation of changes.
• Support financial systems audits by ensuring configuration/change records meet requirements.
• Ensure CM practices align with FISMA and FISCAM requirements.
• Maintain CM plans, libraries, and tools for asset traceability.
• Coordinate with development, testing, and security teams on impact assessment.
• Prepare configuration status accounting reports for leadership and stakeholders.
