Power3 is seeking an experienced Configuration Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Annapolis, MD.

You will oversee configuration management for development and operational systems, create baselines, implement CM policies, and manage the system life cycle from requirements to end-of-life. The role requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph and a BS degree with 8+ years of experience. We offer comprehensive benefits and a competitive compensation range.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• BS degree plus 8 years of experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Configuration management (CM) of developmental and operational systems.
• Create and maintain configuration baselines (development, test, production).
• Recommend and use automated CM tools to implement CM policies and procedures.
• Develop or modify CM plans, policies, and procedures.
• Implement CM discipline for the full life cycle—from requirements to end-of-life.
• Perform change control and configuration audits.
