Job summary

EverWatch is seeking a Configuration Manager to lead configuration activities for government programs from our Annapolis Junction, MD location. The role requires deep CM expertise across manufacturing-related configurations and security controls, with preference for candidates holding a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

You will apply PMO-aligned CM practices, audit configurations, and coordinate with both technical and program teams to ensure accurate baselining and change control.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Configuration Manager (CM) supporting government contracts or programs.
• 5+ years experience with CM aspects of physical and virtual access controls, labeling, and maintenance procedures as per SSP and related security documentation.
• Experience with configuration management principles, methodologies, and tools such as DOORS or Eclipse.
• Experience developing or modifying CM plans, policies, and procedures for complex systems.
• Experience performing change control and configuration audits.
• Ability to manage multiple configuration items and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provides product configuration services for manufacturing operations and processes to meet business needs and requirements.
• Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Works independently with some guidance; may review or guide activities of more junior employees.
