Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. seeks a Configuration Manager, Journeyman at onsite in Kettering, OH (Dayton area) to support the EPASS GB contract. Responsibilities include CM of system artifacts, change control, audits, and coordination with engineering teams.

Required are U.S. citizenship, a related degree with DoW experience or equivalent, and active Secret clearance. Strong writing and tool proficiency are essential. Competitive benefits and ESOP are offered.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with at least 3 years in DoW, or 7 years of related experience with proper certifications (five in DoW).
Experience in IT Configuration Management within DoD environments.
Formal CM directives, standards, principles, and CM techniques knowledge.
Experience with HW/SW configuration audits and CM reports.
Proficiency managing CM tools (Git, Gitlab, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, AWSConfig, Azure DevOps, Insight, Star Team).

Responsibilities

Provide CM, QA, PP, RM, and SE support across programs as needed.
Maintain CM artifacts, e.g., docs, source code, build files, scripts.
Review contractor CM programs and data deliveries for accuracy and compliance.
Maintain CM files including identification, change control, and status accounting.
Convene and manage Change Control Boards and document outcomes.
Track CM baselines, releases, patches, and software maintenance.
