You will direct a team of engineers and analysts, collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality, and drive continuous improvement of CM processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 15+ years in configuration management, engineering change control, or related area.
• Experience leading configuration management teams.
• Experience with CM records, changes, and traceability in complex environments.
• Experience with PLM/PDM tools (Teamcenter, Windchill) and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a CM team with workload planning and performance management.
• Direct change control and maintain configuration status accounting.
• Oversee traceability data, BOMs, and part records across projects.
• Own the configuration source of truth across multiple programs.
• Drive CM process improvements and tool enhancements.
