Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Configuration Analyst Senior to contribute to mission-critical government and defense projects in a dynamic, collaborative team.

You will help manage configuration, change control, and documentation for complex enterprise environments and engage with partners across NATO and USAREUR-AF to maintain baselines and service continuity. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience/education.
• Management of hardware and software configuration management across enterprise-level systems, leading Change Control Boards (CCBs), Agile development environments and CI/CD.
• SECRET security clearance is required.
• Role requirements: a bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience; OR an associate’s degree plus 7 years; OR a major certification plus 7 years; OR 11 years of recent specialized experience; ITIL Foundation is required within 90 days; Security+CE is required to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT service management, configuration management, and change control processes for enterprise IT services.
• Collaborate with USAREUR-AF G6 stakeholders, service components, mission partners, NATO members and agencies and GDIT team members to resolve technical challenges.
• Drive configuration management and change control processes that protect technical baselines and service continuity.
• Prepare clear technical documentation, briefings, status inputs, and recommendations for customer and internal leadership.
