A leading security solutions provider is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist to support large-scale intelligence programs. The ideal candidate will manage configuration activities across developmental and operational systems, requiring an active Top Secret clearance and extensive experience in Agile methodologies. Responsibilities include managing baseline documentation, enforcing CM policies, and supporting lifecycle activities. This role offers a competitive salary in the range of $105-125k, depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree with 6-10 years of experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access and a Polygraph.
• 6-8 years of experience as a Configuration Manager using CM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain program baseline documentation.
• Track and enforce configuration management policies.
• Support full lifecycle CM activities from initial requirements.

Skills

Experience with Agile and/or SAFe development methodologies

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively

Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence

Education
