A. Harold & Associates is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Analyst to lead governance and data management for the H-53 variants program at NAS Patuxent River. The role requires establishing configuration baselines, advising on data management, and steering change control processes.

The candidate will ensure technical integrity, compliance, and deployment readiness of naval aviation assets, supervising cross-functional teams in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret clearance required to access airfield and installation.
• MA or MS degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years in configuration control, change management, or defense data analysis.
• Mastery of MIL-HDBK-61A and NAVAIR engineering change workflows.
• Elite analytical and leadership presence for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish, monitor, and enforce strict configuration control over baselines and datasets relating to aircraft and programs.
• Lead collection and evaluation of engineering/acquisition data to identify risks and variances.
• Oversee development, review, and coordination of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).
• Architect and manage configuration tracking frameworks across the platform lifecycle.
• Enforce government directives for technical data management and change procedures.
• Serve as primary technical advisor and liaison during CCBs and review panels.
