In this mid-level role, you will maintain strict configuration control over baseline acquisition products, engineering data, and program platforms to ensure fleet readiness. You will apply mandated defense configuration management processes to track changes, verify documentation, and coordinate Engineering Change Proposals with

Qualifications

• Must have a DoD Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Bachelor degree from an accredited institution (BA or BS).
• 3–10 years of direct experience in configuration control or related data analysis.
• Familiarity with DoD/NAVAIR configuration management standards and change control workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills in CM databases and document control.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and interpret data to maintain configuration control over baseline products.
• Track changes over time and maintain configuration status accounting records.
• Coordinate and support Engineering Change Proposals and data packages for boards.
• Apply government processes for official documentation control and data lifecycle procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and program offices to evaluate modification impacts.
