Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Configuration Management in Wilmington, MA to lead CM activities across Agile programs. You will ensure integrity and traceability of system documentation and baselines, and support design changes through disciplined CM processes.

The role requires strong CM expertise, knowledge of industry standards, and the ability to coordinate with engineering and program leadership. Security clearance is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of related experience.
• Graduate Degree with 4+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 10 years of related experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead CM activities in Agile development programs and improve CM processes.
• Administer and enhance CM toolsets and manage the Change Board process.
• Manage review, control, release, and traceability of engineering drawings and docs per requirements and procedures.
• Provide CM guidance to programs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support CM audits.
