Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior CMDB/Change Management professional in Tallahassee, FL to support configuration management across enterprise systems within a federal contractor context. You will maintain the CMDB, perform data reconciliation, and assist in audits and release validation.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS and 5+ years in configuration/change management, with ITIL and ServiceNow CMDB experience. Active Public Trust or DHS suitability is preferred. Contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate change analysis across multiple service areas.
• Develop configuration management documentation and procedures.
• Support audits and ensure traceable records.
