Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• 3 years in IT Configuration Management within the DoD environment.
• Experience performing HW and SW configuration audits.
• Experience managing CM tools for inventory control, version control, data duplication, and media labeling.
• Experience producing release notes and CM reports.
• Deep understanding of configuration change control and Change Control Board.
• Experience administering baselines across multiple environments.
• Experience developing management briefs.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Ability to enter and manipulate data in a database.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide CM of all program artifacts and archive acquisition documentation.
• Review and analyze CM program deliveries for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain CM files including identification, change control, and status accounting.
• Convene and manage CCBs, TRBs, and record outcomes.
• Support audits such as PCAs and FCAs.
• Prepare for, conduct, and support major audits and reviews.
• Track data item deliverables and responses.
• Manage CM library and software repository.
• Ensure integrity of baselines and licensing tasks.
• Collaborate with PM, SE, QA, and design/manufacturing in IPT environments.
