Job summary

Valencia Group Hospitality is seeking a Catering & Conference Services Manager for our San Antonio properties. You will manage client events, coordinate conferencing services, and lead cross-department collaboration to exceed revenue goals.

The role requires 2–3 years in a full-service hotel setting, a Bachelor’s degree is a plus, and strong communication and organizational skills. Hospitality leadership experience is valued for this exempt position.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of progressive experience in a full-service hotel environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm, organized, and customer-focused with attention to detail.
• TX alcohol/service certifications (e.g., TABC) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Catering & Conference Services operations and client events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts to drive revenue.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure service excellence.
• Assist in forecasting, reporting, and meeting/event planning activities.
