Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent developers across real estate transactions from structuring through sale.
• Draft governing documents including declarations, bylaws, and disclosure materials.
• Guide developers through governance from developer control to turnover.
• Keep clients ahead of Florida condominium regulatory changes and translate into practical steps.
• Run multiple matters with independence and keep clients and team in the loop.
• Become the advisor developers call before they move and for future projects.
