Job summary

Anderson, Givens & Fredericks, P.A. in Tallahassee, Sarasota, or Tampa seeks an attorney with 1–10+ years of Florida condominium and homeowners’ association law to join our Florida practice.

Remote arrangements may be considered to fit client needs and firm staffing. The attorney will advise community association boards on governance, covenant enforcement, contracts, and day-to-day legal issues, while helping clients resolve disputes and other matters affecting their communities.

Qualifications

• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing.
• 1–10+ years of experience in Florida condominium and homeowners’ association law.
• Open to candidates based in Tallahassee, Sarasota, or Tampa; remote arrangements considered.
• Portable book of business welcome but not required.

Attorney — Community Association Law
Tallahassee, Sarasota, or Tampa, Florida | Remote arrangements considered

Anderson, Givens & Fredericks, P.A. is seeking an attorney with 1–10+ years of experience in Florida condominium and homeowners’ association law. The position may be based in our Tallahassee or Sarasota office or in the Tampa market. We will consider a remote arrangement under the right circumstances.

The attorney will advise community association boards on governance, covenant enforcement, contracts, and day-to-day legal issues, and help clients resolve disputes and other matters affecting their communities. We are looking for someone who writes clearly, exercises sound judgment, and enjoys building lasting client relationships.

Experience in land use or other general real estate matters is a plus. A portable book of business is welcome but is not required.

Candidates should be members of The Florida Bar in good standing. Experience level, location, and practice interests will be considered in shaping the role and the compensation.
