Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
TrueSeek is seeking an attorney with deep experience in Florida condominium development to join our statewide practice. You will represent developers through all stages of real estate transactions and draft essential governing documents.
You'll advise on governance, regulatory developments, and handoffs to owners, while managing multiple matters with independence. A strong academic record and the ability to turn complex rules into actionable guidance are essential.
Every condominium project starts as a plan and a piece of land. Getting it from there to a functioning community takes an attorney who understands both the deal and everything that comes after it: the documents that create the project, the rules that govern it, and the regulators watching it. This role puts you at the center of that work for developers who need someone they can trust from day one through turnover.
You’ll join a collaborative Florida business law firm with offices across the state and a team that genuinely works together. Partners invest time in mentoring, attorneys are trusted with meaningful responsibility early, and a dedicated business development team helps you grow your practice when you’re ready to.
You’ve spent real time on the developer side of the table, and condominium work is a core part of your practice. You draft with precision, counsel with confidence, and can take a complex governance or regulatory question and turn it into a clear answer a developer can act on. You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable owning matters without someone looking over your shoulder. A strong academic background is expected.
A book of business is welcome but not required. Florida Bar admission is preferred, but if you’re licensed elsewhere and ready to make the move, the firm will fully support you through preparing for and passing the Florida Bar exam. Spanish is a plus.
This is a priority hire, and the firm is ready to move now. You’ll step straight into sophisticated developer work, with the support of a firm that wants its attorneys to build lasting practices. If condominium and development work is what you do best and you’re looking for the right platform to grow it, let’s talk.
