Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience as Superintendent or foreperson in concrete projects.
• Strong knowledge of concrete structures and related tools and equipment.
• Experience reading drawings, specs, contracts, and project schedules.
• Knowledge of EH&S practices and lean construction methods.
• Proficient communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Sequence SPO concrete work to meet project schedule and productivity targets.
• Establish production requirements with trades foreperson and measure weekly results.
• Monitor and report installed quantities and completion percentages for SPO tasks.
• Coordinate with forepersons and superintendents from other trades.
• Develop and implement SPO safety plan compliant with standards.
• Proactively manage labor, materials, procurement, and subcontractor payments.
