Job summary

Lithko Contracting in Sanford, FL is hiring a Senior Superintendent to lead the execution phase of complex commercial and industrial projects. You will develop the overall project plan, coordinate with the operations team, and drive on-site performance to meet schedule, cost, and quality goals.

The role requires 5+ years of progressive field experience with Self-Perform GC or concrete contractors, a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, and proficiency with Word, Excel,

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive project plan.
Collaborate with the operational team during turnover and project planning process.
Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
Ensure project execution goals are met.
Validate project awareness for the project team and make necessary adjustments to meet execution goals.
Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
