Job summary

Lithko Contracting in Texas seeks a Concrete General Superintendent to plan the execution phase and collaborate with the operations team to develop a comprehensive project plan.

Requires 5+ years of progressive project-execution experience in a large-scale Self-Perform GC or concrete contractor, with self-perform concrete experience and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering. On-site position in Texas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, with emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
• In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects over $500K.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during the turnover and project planning process.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Validate project awareness for the project team and make necessary adjustments to meet execution goals.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
