C.W. Matthews is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations in the Atlanta area. You will manage crews, foremen, and subcontractors, working with Project Managers to ensure projects are built safely, efficiently, and to spec.

You will oversee forming, reinforcement, concrete placement, finishing, and related work, plan and adjust daily activities, and travel to project sites as required.

Qualificações

• Experience in concrete field leadership and supervision on projects.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs and project documents.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead concrete construction from start to completion.
• Manage crews, foremen, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Plan daily/weekly work, coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries.
• Work with project managers, engineers, and leaders to keep schedule.
• Monitor production, quality, productivity, and safety on site.
• Travel to other project locations as needed.
