Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of construction project management experience.
• 7+ years specifically managing structural rehabilitation, waterproofing, and occupied building projects.
• Experience managing projects valued at $2M–$20M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex restoration and rehabilitation projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Manage all project phases: planning, procurement, scheduling, budget management, quality control, safety compliance, and closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, consultants, vendors, property managers, and ownership representatives.
• Lead OAC meetings and manage client communication.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Mentor project engineers and assistant project managers.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
