Job summary

Advanced Structural Solutions LLC in South Florida seeks a driven Structural Engineer Project Manager to lead concrete restoration and building envelope projects. You will manage projects from award through closeout, coordinating field crews, subcontractors and clients to deliver high-quality repairs.

The role requires 2+ years in PM, knowledge of Florida Building Code, and strong communication to manage owners, associations and managers, while maintaining schedules and budgets in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent restoration/construction experience.
• 2+ years in project management, preferably in structural concrete restoration, building envelope or general construction.
• PE License, EI, PMP or relevant trade credentials is a plus.
• Working knowledge of the Florida Building Code, permitting and the 40/50 year recertification process.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership and client-relationship skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to deadline and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for concrete restoration and building envelope projects, from award to close out.
• Coordinate daily with field superintendents, crews, subcontractors, owner representatives and building representatives to keep work on schedule.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, submittals and resource plans.
• Review shop drawings, repair details and technical submittals for quality and code compliance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for owners, associations and property managers. Providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Conduct site visits and progress inspections; identify field conditions, risks and change order needs and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Florida Building Code, permitting requirements and industry standards (ICRI/ACI).
