The role emphasizes safe, timely, profitable delivery, strong leadership, and effective coordination with project managers, safety teams, and subcontractors. A minimum of six years in a similar role and a strong track record in commercial concrete construction are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in commercial concrete construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, personnel, equipment, and resources.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, productivity, safety, quality, and profitability.
• Strong computer skills, including file management, word processing, spreadsheets, data entry, and project reporting.
• Professional, ethical, and competent approach to working with employees, customers, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, develop, and help evaluate Project Superintendents and field personnel.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, tools, and resources across projects.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, safety, quality, and profitability.
• Conduct regular project site visits and provide support to Project Superintendents.
• Participate in project handoffs, pre-construction meetings, and project progress meetings.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Safety, Estimating, and field leadership.
• Identify cost-effective construction methods and opportunities to improve project performance.
• Maintain strong working relationships with General Contractors, Owners, Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
