Job summary

Trueline Talent’s client, a national self-perform concrete contractor, seeks a Senior Concrete Project Manager to lead large projects within about two hours of Knoxville, including a major $100 million initiative starting in 2027. You will be home every night.

The role offers a base salary of $120,000-$150,000 with annual ESOP and 401(k) contributions targeting 15% of base salary. Relocation assistance is available and growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is required (equivalent combinations qualify).
• 10+ years of construction experience with self-perform concrete or related self-perform work.
• Track record managing large, complex projects end to end including finances, scheduling, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large, complex self-perform concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Serve as primary client/GC contact, overseeing financials, change management, scheduling, and contractor relations.
• Manage project budgets, cost projections, and labor/material performance for self-perform scopes.
