Job summary

You will lead scheduling, budgets, takeoffs, and change management across commercial/industrial concrete projects. Ideal candidates provide 5+ years of PM experience with structural concrete, strong organizational and communication skills, and a degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management for large-scale self-perform GC or concrete contractor.
• Experience with structural concrete projects.
• Knowledge of commercial/industrial project types.
• Experience with estimates, bids, and proposals.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and ensure all project information is correct and timely.
• Create the preliminary schedule for each project.
• Perform project setup, including initial contract review and preliminary budget.
• Organize logs for MPOs and POs to track items and submittals.
• Manage an active takeoff for each project.
• Collaborate with Project Lead and teams to develop a project plan.
• Communicate important information, solutions, and opportunities to the team.
• Compile daily job cost reports aligned with the budget.
• Create change orders based on customer expectations.
• Execute a detailed closeout of each project.

As a Senior Project Manager at Lithko Contracting, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project administration and ensuring that detailed, accurate project information is communicated to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for generating and ensuring all project information is correct and timely.
• Create the preliminary schedule for each project.
• Perform project setup, including initial contract review, cost codes, and the preliminary budget.
• Organize and set up logs for MPOs and POs to track all logged items and submittals.
• Manage an organized and accurate takeoff for each project.
• Collaborate with the Project Lead and other operational teams to develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Communicate important information, solutions, and opportunities to the entire team when necessary.
• Compile daily job cost reports to ensure costs and quantities align with the budget.
• Create change orders based on a clear understanding of customer expectations.
• Execute a detailed closeout of each project.

Requirements And Qualifications

• Experience working with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in project management for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Experience with structural concrete projects.
• Familiarity with a variety of project types, particularly in Commercial/Industrial.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices, particularly for projects exceeding $1 million.
• Experience performing estimates, submitting bids, and generating proposals.
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred but not required.
