Qualifications

• Experience managing precast concrete manufacturing projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, specifications.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage precast concrete projects from award and internal handoff through production, delivery, and closeout.
• Review project drawings, specifications, proposals, purchase orders, contracts, and scope requirements.
• Coordinate shop drawings, submittals, revisions, approvals, and requests for information.
• Work closely with engineering, drafting, production, quality control, purchasing, shipping, and accounting.
• Develop and maintain project schedules based on customer requirements, engineering approvals, production capacity, and delivery dates.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential scheduling, production, or delivery issues before they affect the customer.
• Coordinate production priorities and manufacturing requirements with plant personnel.
• Maintain regular communication with contractors, customers, engineers, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Manage scope changes, revised quantities, pricing adjustments, and change orders.
• Track project costs, budgets, materials, and overall financial performance.
