Job summary

Insight Recruitment, LLC is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent for a Nebraska-based firm specializing in residential, agricultural, and select commercial projects. You will oversee multiple projects, lead Foremen and field crews, and ensure safety, on-schedule delivery, and high-quality results, working closely with the owner.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, mentoring, and the ability to coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors across a 300-350 mile radius

• Experience leading concrete construction crews and multiple projects.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to mentor others.
• Ability to build trust with employees and customers.
• Experience coordinating labor, equipment, and materials.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Stable work history with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concrete projects and oversee Foremen and field crews.
• Build and manage weekly schedules; coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Monitor productivity and job costs; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Serve as primary field contact for customers and resolve issues before delays.
• Develop future crew leaders and improve systems supporting growth.
