Job summary

The Tepa Companies are seeking a Concrete Foreman to supervise a skilled crew of laborers, finishers, and carpenters at a Mountain States project site. You will lead concrete preparation, placement, finishing, curing, and inspection, ensuring accuracy to design specifications and schedules.

Responsibilities include directing formwork, shoring, safety toolbox talks, training teammates, and coordinating materials and equipment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of concrete construction experience including formwork, rebar, finishing.
• Proven leadership and team-management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of concrete materials, methods and equipment.
• Ability to plan schedules, conduct toolbox talks and ensure safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of concrete workers on multiple tasks.
• Review blueprints, plans and drawings to ensure correct placements.
• Ensure formwork and shoring are erected and removed per design.
• Inspect cured concrete and direct corrections for defects and roughness.
• Plan daily work and update 3-week schedule; communicate progress.
• Oversee safety, equipment readiness, and maintenance; manage material procurement.
