Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Houston, TX, is seeking a field construction supervisor responsible for directing concrete scope activities on a major API manufacturing facility project. You will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality concrete work, aligning with design, schedule, and site requirements.

The role demands leadership of up to 25 craft personnel, strong planning, and coordination with multiple disciplines to maintain progress and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supervising Craft Professionals on concrete scope.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, vendor data, inspection requirements, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned concrete Craft Professional activities and support supervision of up to 25 craft personnel.
• Schedule and coordinate work with area operational plans for concrete scope.
• Determine workforce requirements and support development of methods, schedules, and material/equipment needs.
• Review and assign installation work packages to Foremen and support sequencing and workface readiness.
• Monitor progress, cost, schedule, installed quantities, and productivity for the project.
• Coordinate with Field Engineering, Design, Foremen, and Subcontracts to interpret designs and resolve issues.
