Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of field leadership in construction with concrete.
• Experience with HCSS/Heavy Jobs, Procore or Bluebeam is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and perform regular site inspections.
• Schedule and coordinate multiple crews across the project site.
• Review drawings, specifications, and coordinate with owners and inspectors.
• Develop project site logistics and manage materials/budgets.
• Chair subcontractor coordination meetings and maintain CPM schedules.
• Support Project Manager and project team to ensure timely, quality completion.
