RIMEPRO INC is seeking a Concrete Estimator to develop accurate, competitive estimates for structural concrete scopes from takeoff through bid and buyout. You’ll work with PMs, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients on Bay Area projects up to $200M, ensuring cost-effective execution.

The ideal candidate has 3 to 5+ years of construction estimating experience, strong blueprint reading, and proficiency with concrete takeoffs.

• 3–5+ years of construction estimating experience.
• Experience estimating structural concrete.
• Strong blueprint and plan reading skills.
• Experience with concrete quantity takeoffs.
• Understanding of concrete construction means and methods.
• Ability to analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed estimates for structural concrete scopes.
• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs for concrete, reinforcing steel, formwork, and related scopes.
• Analyze plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Quantify material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Develop competitive bids and proposals.
• Manage bid lists and coordinate with vendors and trade partners.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing.
• Identify value engineering opportunities.
• Assist with subcontractor buyout and procurement.
• Review subcontractor submittals.
• Work with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams on phasing and execution.
• Participate in project meetings and site reviews.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
