Job summary

Bass Concrete is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead concrete construction projects from inception to completion. The role requires deep knowledge of commercial concrete construction, strong leadership, and delivery of projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and coordination with subcontractors while maintaining safety and adherence to ACI/ASTM standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Procore) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and interpret project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage all stages of the concrete construction process.
• Oversee on-site activities and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and labor crews.
• Track expenses and manage project costs to stay within budget.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality specifications.
