Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company seeks skilled tradespeople to plan, lay out and install forms, rebar, embeds and anchor bolts for concrete structures. You will read prints, interpret plans, and work with hand and power tools to build forms and pour concrete per project specs.

Applicants should have high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, safety awareness and the ability to work at heights outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret prints, drawings and plans.
• Strong understanding of safety and project requirements.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret prints, drawings, plans and specifications.
• Construct, erect, install and repair structures, scaffolding and framework with tools.
• Measure, cut, assemble and install forms, rebar, embeds and anchor bolts for concrete structures.
• Erect built-in-place or prefabricated forms and brace them as required.
• Pour concrete and finish surfaces per specifications; install related components.
• Estimate sizes, distances, materials, and time needed for work activities.
• Inspect subs' work for contract compliance and address deficiencies.
