Unified Door and Hardware Group seeks a Comsense Business Process Specialist to act as a functional expert across Comsense modules and drive standardized workflows for multiple locations. The role emphasizes onboarding, process documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration with Estimating, Engineering, PM, Procurement, Warehouse, and Accounting.

The position is remote-based with regular travel to UD(H)G sites to deliver hands‑on training and support, ensuring data integrity and project

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on Comsense experience in a door, frame, hardware, or openings environment.
• Deep knowledge in Estimating, Engineering/Detailing, Project Management, Procurement, Warehouse or Accounting.
• Experience training, mentoring, onboarding, or providing functional guidance to others.
• Willingness to travel regularly to UDHG locations.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a subject‑matter resource within one or more assigned Comsense functional areas.
• Provide hands‑on Comsense knowledge to support door, frame, and hardware projects.
• Develop onboarding and instruction for estimators, detailers, project managers, purchasing, warehouse, and finance users.
• Create SOPs, guides, maps, and learning materials; update with new releases.
• Collaborate with leaders to reinforce consistent practices across locations.
