Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field with extensive experience (14+ years) or Master’s with 12+ years experience.
• Experience with high-assurance cryptography and modern COMSEC architectures.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision and mentorship of large KMI, network & systems teams, COMSEC auditors, logistics personnel.
• Oversee integration of staffing across engineering, cryptographic operations, and compliance streams.
• Drive modernization: automation, dashboarding, PQC, and transition to new HA/inline encryption platforms.
