Job summary

SAIC seeks a Communications Security Technical Program Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering high-assurance cryptographic solutions for the DOS. You will guide modernization efforts, implement PQC, and transition to next-generation HAIPe and secure KMI-driven architectures.

The role oversees vendor and internal teams, ensures risk-based security, and aligns with CNSA 2.0 and NIST standards while supporting on-site operations in Springfield, VA with as-needed remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 14+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 12+ years of experience.
• Deep understanding of traditional and modern COMSEC architecture and KMI.
• Experience aligning technology with CNSA 2.0 and NIST standards.
• Proven leadership of technical teams in mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversee a multidisciplinary team.
• Oversee evaluation and deployment of next-gen HAIPE devices and NGLD platforms.
• Drive PQC adoption and modernization of cryptographic infrastructure.
• Manage warehouse operations for Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI) and secure key management automation.
• Ensure compliance with NSA CNSA 2.0 guidelines and related standards.
