Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Communication Security Technical Program Manager to provide technical leadership and operational oversight for high-assurance COMSEC infrastructure supporting the DOS. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of network and systems engineers, security analysts, and logistics professionals in a lifecycle approach from evaluation to deployment.

The role emphasizes modernization, automation, PQC adoption, and transitioning to HAIPe and modern fill devices, while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, or similar and 14+ years experience; Master's with 12+ years acceptable.
Deep understanding of traditional and modern COMSEC architecture, KMI, and Type-1 devices.
Experience aligning tech with CNSA 2.0 and NIST standards.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and oversight for a multidisciplinary team.
Oversee evaluation, selection, and deployment of advanced cryptographic solutions.
Lead modernization efforts including automation, dashboards, and PQC adoption.
Manage lifecycle logistics and secure warehouse operations for COMSEC items.
Collaborate with governance boards and external partners on risk and strategy.
