Job summary

Location is onsite in the DMV area, with day-shift hours and potential after-hours support as project needs require. Target salary range is $170,000–$215,000, reflecting experience and program parameters.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of software, database, or related experience.
• CMCS subject-matter expertise.
• Experience with NIST 800-53.
• Experience with security control lifecycles.
• Experience in federal environments (IC/DoD/government).
• Active Top Secret clearance required or in process for approval.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior subject-matter expert for CMCS.
• Integrate COMSEC applications, databases, interfaces, and supporting infrastructure.
• Support software and database modernization efforts.
• Analyze application interfaces, data flows, dependencies, and integration requirements.
• Support design, testing, deployment, migration, implementation, and sustainment.
• Troubleshoot complex software/database integration problems.
• Coordinate activities across developers, database specialists, systems engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and operations teams.
• Ensure system integration activities align with NIST and security-control requirements.
• Support technical documentation and configuration management.
• Assist with modernization of legacy COMSEC systems and accountability capabilities.
• Support technical reviews and change-control activities.
