Job summary

Aurex is seeking a COMSEC Operations Lead to direct a geographically dispersed team and oversee COMSEC equipment lifecycle and keying material handling.

You will coordinate daily operations, safeguard sensitive assets, and ensure alignment with mission requirements while providing technical guidance across the COMSEC enterprise. Requires TS clearance with SCI and CI polygraph, and a Bachelor's in a technical field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 8 years in COMSEC operations, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI access and a CI polygraph.
• Experience managing lifecycle of COMSEC equipment and keying material.
• Experience with COMSEC accounting systems (DIAS, LCMS) for inventory control.
• Ability to lead dispersed teams and coordinate on-site/remote work centers.
• Strong communication of technical and operational requirements across boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributed COMSEC work centers and coordinate task assignments.
• Identify, track, and coordinate COMSEC equipment and keying material requirements.
• Direct COMSEC account management and coordinate logistics for inventories and safeguarding.
• Oversee delivery and handling of keying material and equipment.
• Coordinate across centers to resolve execution challenges and set priorities.
• Provide COMSEC subject-matter guidance to teams across the enterprise.
