Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Aurora, CO seeks a Network Communications Security (COMSEC) – Level 4 expert for 100% onsite work. You will own government security processes, ensure compliance, and safeguard COMSEC material across multiple accounts.

The role requires extensive COMSEC experience and a SCI clearance. You will collaborate with program managers, maintain keying records, and support security education initiatives while reporting to the Government Security Programs Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience or equivalent experience.
• Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance at time of application.
• 5+ years as a COMSEC Manager supporting DoD, SAP or IC accounts.
• Ability to travel to other NGC locations or customer sites.
• Willingness to pass a U.S. Government Counterintelligence Polygraph examination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on communications security and government compliance across classifications.
• Develop and implement security processes based on policies to ensure compliance.
• Utilize KMI to receive certificates, keys, and SW packages.
• Maintain accountability of all COMSEC assets for assigned accounts.
• Keep keying records and COMSEC-related documents up to date with program personnel.
