Job summary

Green Key Resources seeks a senior ML/CV engineer to own the design, development, and optimization of computer vision algorithms for an autonomous turret system. You will work on real-time drone detection, tracking, and classification, and architect ML models that fit tight compute and power budgets.

You will collaborate closely with electrical and hardware engineers to integrate vision capabilities into the turret’s embedded architecture and mentor junior engineers as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ML-driven computer vision in robotics or autonomous platforms.
• Master’s or higher in CS, EE, or related field.
• Strong Python and C++ with PyTorch or TensorFlow; embedded integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, and optimization of computer vision algorithms for an autonomous turret system, including real-time detection, tracking, and classification.
• Architect and deploy ML models that meet accuracy requirements within strict compute and power budgets.
• Collaborate with electrical and hardware engineers to integrate vision into the turret's embedded architecture and mentor junior engineers as the ML/CV team grows.
• Plan and run validation across varied operational scenarios and environments, supporting move from prototype to military-grade system for multiple weapon platforms and engagement ranges.
• Requires 6+ years building ML-driven CV in robotics or autonomous platforms; multi-sensor work across camera, LiDAR, and radar is a plus.
