Allen Control Systems is seeking a Staff Level Computer Vision and Machine Learning Engineer to lead CV/ML development for our autonomous gun turret, focusing on real-time drone detection, tracking, and classification.

You will collaborate with electrical engineers to integrate vision systems into hardware, with 10+ years in ML-based CV, proficiency in Python and C++, and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of senior CV system development.
• Experience with embedded systems integrating CV into hardware.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CV algorithms for real-time drone detection and tracking.
• Design ML models for resource-constrained environments with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers to integrate CV into turret hardware.
• Validate CV algorithms across diverse scenarios for robustness.
• Help harden the prototype into a military-grade system and variants.
