The candidate should have strong experience in systems analysis, systems programming, application programming, or equipment analysis, with a proven ability to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field; or 3 years of equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of computer experience in at least 2 of: System Analysis, System Programming, Application Programming, Equipment Analysis.
- 5+ years as computer hardware or systems software specialist or systems analyst evaluating hardware/software.
- Experience evaluating hardware/software capabilities, compatibility, interoperability.
- Knowledge of operating systems, configurations, performance optimization, and resource utilization.
- Ability to assess technical requirements and recommend hardware/software solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
