Job summary

The National Security Agency (NSA) is seeking a Computer Systems Architect to drive modernization of IT architecture and integration of emerging technologies. You will collaborate with technical teams to evaluate and propose solutions that support national security projects.

Requirements include a CS degree and relevant experience across the software and systems lifecycle, with emphasis on data modeling, security, and interoperability.

Qualifications

• Degree must be in Computer Science or related field with core CS content.
• Experience in design/development of computer or information systems across lifecycle.
• Military training in JCAC counted towards experience where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Modernize IT architecture by analyzing research and proposing changes.
• Integrate industry trends and vendor features into projects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to propose technical solutions.
• Produce compliance results for project requirements and IT architecture.
• Define and analyze data requirements; map legacy data to models.
• Propose standard data transport methods between IT systems.
